    I think Moses' record at 14 fights is better than AJs? AJ fought Cornish in his 14th fight.

    First time I’ve watched him.

    surprised to say, Finally a heavyweight with punching skills and able to put a variety of proper shots together . Been a fair few years since I’ve seen a hw with that ability. (Think Ortiz was last).

    Also, that’s how you throw uppercuts, short.
    His whole attack showed skills beyond other hw’s imo.

    obviously haven’t seen much of the rest of the package though, defence, heart, stamina, chin, problem solving etc.

    I thought Franklin would be really cagey and cover up more especially early and try and take the sting out of Moses and tire him out in the back half of the fight, providing he could make it into the 2nd half of course which he couldn't. As said, the 2 guys who took Moses the distance were stout, tough, cagey and knew how to defend themselves and Moses definitely tired against them albeit he was only a baby then. But that would've been the most sensible game plan for Franklin but I thought he left himself too open from the outset

    Firstly great win, but problem is going to be getting opponents for Itauma,on that note he may have to be in Title fights sooner than his Team would like. Itauma vs any offensive fighter is going to be epic for fans,and I still say Itauma has looked great so far but I still want to see him in with a fresh aggressive opponent capable of hurting him,he’s been so good nobody has been able to see any cracks and this is the type of fight most people want to see him in .

    How about actually attempting to rebut that instead of ironically tossing out a childish ad hominem. Nothing I said was inaccurate. Dillian Whyte was coming off of 2 brutal KO losses, and went life and death with the husk of Wach and needed a British stoppage against Tetteh. Whyte was done by the time he fought Franklin. AJ was coming off of two back to back schooling at the hands of Usyk, and clearly wasn't in a good headspace after those fights. He was risk averse as hell in that fight, the vast majority of the RBR were saying as much for its entirety. It's pretty hard to KO a guy who doesn't want to be KO'd, especially when you're not even trying. Franklin gets slept by most young up and coming KO artists. His chin is decent, but also relatively untested.

    Neither looked as good to me. Both looked like amateurs turned professional.
    Moses looks like he’s been taught his attack by older school pro trainers.

    Franklin is kind of a bum, who clearly sucks at fighting southpaws, and still went 5 rounds with him. Don't read too much into it.:deal:

    If Usyk is at least as fast as he was against Dubios, then he would certainly find his counters against Itauma and at the same time, wouldn't be there to be hit that easily. Itauma is yet to fight someone who can properly move around the ring...

    That being said, Usyk being 39 and wasting time fighting Rico Verhoeven certainly doesn't help.
