Who takes this one? Since Saturdays otherworldly destruction of the great Jermaine Franklin in round 5, something that NO OTHER heavyweight has ever been able to do, there has been a lot of chatter about how past All time great heavyweights would be able to do against Itauma!

I think Vitali would outbox him and stop him before the 7th round. An accumulation of thudding 1-2’s would wear him down and eventually put him on his back. Or face. Vitali had no trouble with fast southpaws who could punch ;)

Vitali lost to the feather fisted Southpaw Byrd who had a weeks notice.

    Itauma by TKO.

Since this is a troll thread I'll play along.

I wish we had more fighters like Vitali fighting today.

Hrgovic isn't bad but he is truly a Teemu version of Vitali.

You gotta be able to win NOW or me to rate you. And that's one thing that Moses got that Vitali don't got is he is winning NOW and Vitali...? Hasn't proven to me that he can do that. We got different hormones in the milk now.

Vitali is more proven, so I’d pick him at this point.

This boxing forum has some seriously strange people on it.

Absolute weapons of mass mental disorder.

All I know is Franklin is great compared to the slop that Vitali was beating in German leisure centres after 14 fights so there's that.

Nah the old man would likely quit due to being old and therefore having a sore shoulder...wouldn't be the first time.

Strange that It’s usually silly fanboys who do these idiotic threads about an up and coming fighter, now It’s haters. It’s probably caused by insecurity, which suggests that the kid really looks the part right now.

Pathetic post. Itauma is an unproven talent and still green but Vitali quit against Byrd in 9, ducked him thereafter, and was stopped in 6 by Lewis. Vitali never beat anyone of any note inside 7 rounds; every half decent opponent went at least 8, if not 10-12. Itauma is more dangerous than anyone Vitali ever beat, expect perhaps 38 year old overweight Corrie Sanders for the first round only.

Going 8 rounds with Danny Williams is not some kind of badge of honour.
