was Lennox lewis always better then Tyson?

Tyson was always going to mentally unravel as soon as he lost a fight. He was not wired properly.

 

I would suggest that the boxing tools of Lewis, would have frustrated Tyson to the point that he would have unravelled.

But hey as often is the case on such matters we will never truly know.

 

The funniest thing is that if this poll were conducted among experts or boxers, Tyson would crush Lewis. In fact, almost every one of their common rivals claimed Tyson was better or much better.

Ruddock, Bruno, McCall (sparring), Botha, Biggs. Only Tucker said Lewis, but he was very hesitant.

If the poll were conducted on social media, Lewis crushes Tyson because the casual fan thinks how he thinks.

And on a fairly professional forum, opinions are divided.
