Just curious, are y'all starting to get that SOMETHING is wrong with the Moses Itauma narrative?

I remember Lennox Lewis saying he was like a fine wine and getting better with age. He retired soon after. Usyk could retire any time now.

Which is pure speculation. Our best source is from Usyk himself, so I'll take his word for it.

I truly believe that Moses Itauma will be a much better heavyweight than Bernard Hopkins ever was,To be honest he may even go on to be a better heavyweight than Don Curry!

Lol! I want him to take the fights that are going to advance his career.

And I appreciate the "valid questions" comment. He can go at any pace that he likes, but let's have an end to the ridiculous rhetoric about winning titles when he has turned down three paths, and fighting Usyk when he doesn't want Sanchez, Gassiev, or Wardly.

If he wants Hunter next, I'll watch. Let's just be honest about the fact that he is not where they are claiming he is.

Usyk? Yeah it'd be nice if he actually defended his belt against boxers.

Itauma? Wait until he actually announces his next fight before jumping to conclusions.

    This isn't about Usyk.

And again, he is not talking about one of the three paths he has been offered to a world title, so...

He hasn't actually been offered any fights yet, so maybe get your facts straight.

Again, he fought 1 week ago.

Lol! Yes he has. He was offered Sanchez, and Gassiev couldn't get him in the ring fast enough. Gassiev's people say they don't even respond.

That's putting a lot of weight on an unverified source.

Neither opponent would offer the remotest challenge to itauma in any case, and I doubt you'd give him credit for knocking them out inside of 3 rounds each.

Franklin made sense as an opponent because he was proven to have gone 12 rounds against legitimate punchers. Gassiev lost to Wallin and is a former cruiserweight who hasn't adapted well to heavyweight, and Sanchez has done sweet FA since losing to TKO to Kabayel.

Now if Itauma decides to take on Hunter next and not fight anyone else for the rest of the year? I'll be the first to call that out as a shameful fight, but he hasn't announced his next opponent yet, so why jump to conclusions so fast?

The source is Gassiev and his camp. Nothing unverified about it at all. They want it. They are waiting on it.

Gassiev is WBA regular champ. It's an avenue to a title. It makes all the sense in the world.

Of course its unverified. It's the opponents camp making a claim without proof to back it up.

The WBC and WBO are ahead of the WBA in terms of title shots at Usyk. If Itauma wants Usyk, it makes more sense to chase either the WBO if his stablemate losses, or WBC to take it off of Kabayel if Usyk farts around for another year.

Please, stop. AGAIN- Moses is WBA#1 and could DEMAND this if he wanted it. Instead, he's not even responding.

Just like how Parker, Wardley and Kabayel have "demanded" their rightful shots at Usyk? Be realistic.
