Even if Joshua doesn't want to make the fight right away, there's an entire circuit of mediocre British guys who he can be matched against.

I reckon he should fight on. Much better without Malik Scott. Never looked properly prepared for an actual fight under Scott. His durability looked a lot better. Stamina decent. Was at least letting his right hand go at times.

I reckon hes still got half decent power....its just that chisora depleted it with the heavy body shots. Hard to look good against chisora,s style. Other styles will give wilder a bit more room to work.

At least it looks like he can still throw tho. The last two fights he looked completely gun shy.

Scott's gameplan in the third Fury fight made a lot of sense, but Wilder gassed out.

oh...maybe miller? an american showdown that sets up the winner to go against AJ? Setting up an american based fight probably the route AJs team would wanna take after the Jake Paul fight.

    AJ

If not AJ, then probably Big Baby Miller.

If not either of them, maybe someone like Charles Martin until a clearer opening to the right fight emerges.

He needs to stay away from every single person in the top 10.

Tried to turn wilder into an all round boxer. Was too late in the day for that plus more importantly wilder never had the mechanics for it. Outside of the power wilders biggest asset was his gameplan. It was basic but it was also perfectly suited to his mechanics. Always lead the opponent needing to bridge the gap the gameplan created. Not great for the opponent when his right hand was waiting at the end of it.

It just took a good guy in fury with good lateral movement/reach/ability to get off first etc to expose it. In fairness to Scott it was worth a shot after how badly the 2nd fury fight went. But Furys condition in that 3rd fight flattered Scott/wilder. Fury was in horrible condition for it.

It was all downhill from there. Much better from wilder tonight. An argument could be made Zhang and Parker are better than chisora. But he looked a lot stronger tonight. Better durability/stamina and actually threw a punch in comparison to the last two scott fights. He wasnt properly prepared for them fights imo.

He shouldn't even be thinking about it - if he really wants to fight again, he should pick someone that can help it sell and make some money without risking his health too much...

He's not getting to a belt regardless of what he does now, might as well at least be sensible about the next bout.

    TBF Joyce would be fine.

It needs to be someone as washed as he is.

    It makes total sense.

    It does decent numbers.
Wilder gets to think he's got a shot at getting up the rankings, even though he doesn't.
Kabayel loves a really soft touch.

Wouldn't surprise me from either side, TBH.

AJ or Usyk. Though AJ is probably going to face Fury first.
