I think stiverne vs chisora is an interesting and competitive fight. I think Ortiz could beat Chisora Chisoras resurgence vs pulev Joyce and Swedish guy would all lose to Wilder Always felt Wilder kos Whyte Vitali would beat Wilder pretty easily but he easily handled chisora too Wilder did way better vs Fury
Yeah Wilder knocked Fury down like 4 times in 3 fights and only was uncompetive in the 2nd fight. Chisora had no shot in any of his 3 Fury fights.
Wilder vs Whyte is the classic losing until he scores a life altering ko Wilder fight. Whyte can definitely be walked into a right hand as he was never the most defensively responsible and got absolutely flattened by a 41 yr old Povetkin who was a pretty damn good puncher but was never a one hitter quitter
Wilder looked pretty shot after the Fury fights (his first wars), he would never hold up to the type of career Chisora had and still be effective. Having said that, I've always suspected Wilder would have violently KOed Whyte, possibly Haye as well.
If we assume Deontay Wilder was at a similar career stage to Dereck Chisora when facing these opponents: Robert Helenius - wins against any version. Vitali Klitschko - probably loses; although Vitali was already old by that time, so it's not as obvious as it seems. David Haye - loses for sure. Could be either outboxed or stopped. Tyson Fury - loses against any version. Kubrat Pulev - wins by KO while being behind on the scorecards. Dillian Whyte - wins by KO while being behind on the scorecards. Agit Kabayel - 50/50. Agit was somewhat green at the time. Probably, would pick Wilder if I had to bet. Oleksandr Usyk - loses in one-sided fashion. Joseph Parker - probably loses. Joe Joyce - I'm actually leaning Joyce, I think he's a stylistic nightmare for Wilder. But I expect most to not agree with me. So, overall, Wilder would perform better mainly because he wouldn't lose to Helenius/Whyte/Pulev, while his knockout power gives him potential against some of other opponents.
