    Not a fan of Benn?
    Me neither, well put.
    He's bang average at best.

You know boxing is out of touch with reality when Tszyu, coming off three defeats (albeit in his last five bouts, and two by KO), is supposedly in line for a $15m purse against a comeback Spence if he wins his next fight. Madness.

At this stage I’d take Josh Kelly to box his head off, and Tim vs Conor could be a gimme IMO in another battle of the Nepo’s.

Rumours that Prograis is injured but is still going ahead with the fight…

Yes, it’s not so much a rumour now, it’s a claim from Hearn in an IFL interview from this week.

Prograis has been posting pad work and bag work clips where it’s evident that his mobility is compromised. Legs and feet clearly not right. Seems he has some sort of lower body injury.

Such a shame because if Conor blows him out early doors, he’ll be even more insufferable than Bellew after the first Haye fight.

Prograis will still fancy his chances of landing something, but I think it could be a very tough night for him, and there’s a real possibility he gets taken out in the first.

Odds must be incredibly low for a Benn stoppage?

    I was thinking the same.

As much as I can't stand Benn I think it's a dead cert that he stops Prograis.

Not only has he got youth and a big size difference on his side it seems like Prograis is also likely injured. Nonetheless, if and when Benn stops him he will think he's a killing machine

Yup, my take as well, but I just can’t bring myself to bet on Benn.

If Prograis is carrying an injury, then he’s not stupid, so there has to be some sort of plan. Maybe he goes rogue at the press conference and tries to rattle Conor, which isn’t exactly a hard job, especially now.

The only chance I really see is if Prograis can walk him onto a right-hand counter as Benn comes in swinging.

Beyond that, I just see it being like the Vargas fight. I really hope he doesn’t spark him out like Algieri though, as Regis is worth more than going out like that

Edit - Left-hand counter from Regis southpaw stance.

You should definitely not place bets.

I've been whispered in my ear that the fight could be canceled a few hours before ring walk.

Interesting shout, but I’d never bet on Benn out of principle anyway, and being a Prograis fan, that would create all kinds of cognitive dissonance.

No real signs from Prograis in the media or on socials that he’s anything but fit.

The way Eddie is talking, it screams legalities around the one-fight deal, and that Matchroom may have some contractual hold on Benn if this is anything other than that $15m contracted fight.

Either way, I hope Regis puts it on him like Jnr did pre-fight.

Given the ticket sales, the whole show might be going that way! Someone posted a seat map earlier and for a fight in a stadium with Fury on the bill, £15 tickets are crazy. No doubt they'll also be offered free on blue light sites and so on.
