Troy Dorsey. I remember hearing something about him having the bones around his eyes shaved down/smoothed out to alleviate the problem.

Daniel Zaragoza also had pretty thin skin that made him prone to get cut and bleed easily.

 

Henry Cooper once said that a lot of it was down to bone structure.

In other words it is going to be worse if you have sharp cheek bones or eye sockets.

 

I'm not sure I ever saw a fighter bleed more than Sean O'Grady. The bubblegum kid was a bleeder for sure.
