One of the most boring boxing matches I've seen in years

I know Haye's getting paid to push the company line but if he honestly think this is a good performance he needs glasses, at least.

Did you honestly expect any difference?

Of course some of those you mentioned were excellent. But short memory on Watt. He was really bad the older he got and he routinely got slaughtered here after terrible commentary towards the end of his career.

I remember when Khomitsky damn nearly killed Adam Etches in the ring and Jim Watt called it an early stoppage.

    Ward is very good.

Haye, on the other hand, is probably still hoping to add to the throuple – I mean, he had slim pickings on his recent trip to the jungle.

Nah, Watt had integrity and said it how he saw it. He wasn't a paid shill.

Ward has been absolutely shite the entire night. Some of his takes have been genuinely perplexing. The commentary has been shocking tonight.

Genuinely think that was a good performance. After that first round I thought… jeez. The other fella is poo but Fury boxed well for me.

Quality performance there given the 17 months out

Yeah I agree, the actual fight was crap to watch but Fury looked better than a lot are making out here. Remember his comeback against Seferi? For a couple years out he looked still sharp and he’s clearly not shot.

Dull, dull affair but we all know how Fury likes to box.

It wasn't as good as the commentators made out but much better than some on here were.

I think his legs are largely gone but that's to be expected.

Exactly. The way he boxes is the of the game. He landed very good shots there that would have started a knock out for many. Mak was saved by the bill once. I think Fury would have stopped him had the ref not stopped the holding so much.
