Justis Huni is just excellent

He barely beat a guy who isn't even British level and you make a thread claiming he is "just excellent".

I like Justis, he's a great boxer and a great bloke.

 

Nice guy. We did rounds with him in 2020 in prep for a couple of his fights. The man's a gentlemen.

 

Huni is a really good boxer with great aweness and at what 27 years old ? will have a strong career , yea he did get parked up but as we all know this can happen as it's heavyweight boxing , however IF he has got a suspect chin his continued learning will teach him to box accordingly as he's no dummy . I see Huni as a heavyweight Amir Khan at this point and after early problems Khan went onto have a strong career in the sport .

 

Clarke came in fit, refreshed and probably improved too but Huni overcame him. Decent win.

You have to admit it was one of the fastest 10 counts ever tho? Ref counted to ten in about three seconds lol, and Huni STILL got to his feet. He was wobbled, but that’s understandable since he had to get up so fast. Was a questionable stoppage (as a lot of Wardley’s have been).

 

I expected a more convincing victory for Huni.

 

He's not known as Floats like a Butterfly, stings like a bee for nothing.

When all is said and done the only thing Huni is going to excel at is taking canvas naps!!

Thanks to a dishonest UK judge, it was just a MD win.

A fair and honest judge would have scored the fight a wide decision win for Huni, something like 98-92.

 

2 judges scored it 96 - 94, they think it was a close fight too.

If Huni was "excellent", he would win it by KO or a wide UD.
