    P4P: Spinks
    H2H @HW: Lewis

I think Spinks would do much better against Lewis in a heavyweight fight than he did against Tyson, though. Lewis would need to be in ‘kill’ mood from the start to take out Spinks anywhere near the way Tyson did and I don’t think the fear factor would be remotely the same. I’d still pick Lewis to win but Spinks’s performances against Holmes suggest it could be a tricky night for Lewis.

Both fighters have 15 World title wins.

But Spinks did it across 2 different weight classes and beat the likes of Holmes, Cooney, with a substantial size difference.

I also think Spinks has a slightly better overall resume.

So for me Spinks wins the argument in regards to being rated more highly P4P.

But in a mythical H2H match up at Heavyweight Lewis would stop Spinks in the middle rounds.

If an aging Holmes had no issues landing his right hand in their 2nd fight.

Then I think Lewis's right hand would find the mark aswell and have more of an effect considering he's a bigger puncher than Holmes.

I didn't realize how high Spinks was rated from a P4P perceptive.

I quite often see him in a top 30 list.

Lennox was a heavyweight, and he knocked out a lot of guys, but I don't think he ever compared to Michael Spink. I love Lennox but i just don't know if he were at light.Heavy, if he could have moved up with his skill level and beaten a guy like Larry Holmes

I can't see how Lennox is a greater fighter than Michael. Michael was crafty he could avoid punches and then counter off of his defense. Lennox had a great right hand great jab sort of a basic fighter who was bigger than most guys. People don't realize his size was an advantage. Because he was one of those guys who was like Sonny Liston, he was the biggest guy in the next stage.I don't know if anyone's ever spoken about this type of thing.
