If the O is dispositive why isn't SOG the TBE ? Or Rocky? Must be other variables.

Having no clue where that quote of mine came from, I’m going to assume I was referencing a fight that Duan lost.

Mmmmmmmm idk. Benitez would've been battling pernell for P4P and Benitez is considered to be better than Pernell all time. I think Benitez would've schooled.tito at 147 and especially 154

You can't do that. When ranking fighters, you have to look at what they competed against in their era.

Benitez would've had the same success as Crawford uf they switched eras.

He didn’t have success against Bruce Curry.

Has Crawford even defeated a fighter as good as that version of curry? I think not.

You have to be a young man. Terrence is number four I think tommy's number two and ray's number one and mayweathers three I think you have to put the eras into view- are getting weaker and weaker crawford isn't a very weak era.And Crawford- yes, they were very good winds Spence and Canelo, but. Still only had two big wins. How on earth respectfully?I'm saying this, how on earth can you rate him #2? My thing is it is just an honor to have him mentioned with these guys.

Yeah, it's very far fetched, tommy hearns beat Cuevas for the welterweight title, he beat another legendary fighter Benitez for his next title. Need a hall of famer Virgil Hill for his light heavy title. Knocked out Duran. Why people are really overrated Crawford

You just can't compare Bud to Tommy Hearn's and have a Hagler type of quality to move up to it middleweight. That was an incredible fighter. Young people have made more and look at Bud's era. I'm sorry to say this to all the younger crowd who love this era now and I understand it.It's your era. But the era you guys are watching now is just watered down. And they don't look for the top fighters, and they haven't developed because they're spending too much time on social media bragging. And not building I guess popularity without building it like marvin did by fighting.

This is a fair point. I think Crawford likely loses to all 3 of them. At the sametime he would give a good account of himself outside of Hearns because he had that freakish height and power.
Crawford in my view is a great fighter. A complete fighter. He had the right mentality, tremendous ring IQ.
The state of the game is so much different now. He probably didn't get a chance to really showcase all he could do because many of his potential opponents didn't want to face him because they knew they were gonna lose.
That's what made the guys from that older era special. They wanted to test themselves against the best.
