    No, what a silly question.

The top 10 greatest of all time is solidly locked and there probably won't be another fighter that ever comes along to break into the top 10...................let alone the top 3, 2 or 1.

Fighters back then fought way more often and faced almost everyone put in front of them, which meant that having some losses was going to happen in the process. I've always have more respect for those fighters who stayed active, ducked no one, and weren't afraid of having losses here and there. It's a shame that in todays boxing era people treat having an unbeaten record as the holy grail and a few losses as the worst thing to happen to a fighters legacy.

Pacquiao is one of the greatest fighters of his era but he simply cannot be compared to SRR when it comes to ATG ranking. He doesn't come close to scratching that surface.

Fighters like Henry Amrstrong, Ezzard Charles, and Harry Greb are one of the very few fighters that are worthy of being put in the same sentence with SRR. Ezzard Charles was a guy with 25 losses and yet has one of the best boxing resumes of all time. It's who they fought and beat that matters the most. Having losses is always going to be part of the game and it doesn't in any way diminish what they achieved.

Not to mention SRR only lost 3 times in his prime avenging 2 and the Maxim loss had a share of bad luck imo.

Lots of rose colored glasses in this thread. the vast opposite of recency bias.

What's so crazy about having Pac as the GOAT, let alone top 5 pvp? SRR, Ali, Greb etc are like Bill Russell and Wilt. Insane stats, early era GOATs. Jordan and Kareem have less achievements but are better imo. Same goes for Babe Ruth / Cobb compared to Ohtani and Bonds. Are we really going to argue Ruth is better than Bonds, let alone Ohtani?

Floyd is the EXACT SAME REPLICA OF LEBRON. From the sheer stats perspective, sure, most money made, most points scored, biggest presence in the media, etc. But if we dig a bit, we come to collusion, cherry picking, A side advantages, so on. They also both have loyal nutlickers who DKSAB²(bball and boxing) that resort to the stats when arguing their points. True ball fans know Jordan isn't even in the same level as Lebron, and I would argue Hakeem, Duncan, Bird are all better than Lebron.

Pac's accomplishments will age like the most precious single malt whiskeys and fine wine. lineal champ in 4 weight classes, fought all the best boxers of their eras, champ in 8 weight classes, champ in 4 decades, oldest ww champ... even having ONE of those accomplishments would put you in the conversation of top 5 best PVP ever. Not to mention EVERY.TIME. he has fought in his opponent's backyards (Usyk is seriously being considered a top 3~10 GOAT HW for his small stint at heavyweight in the weakest era ever and one of the main points brought up is he fought in his opponent's backyards in every fight, and size disadvantage. which Pac has done a legit 10x more than Usyk) and to top it off, while others have questionable asterick wins (floyd castillo etc etc etc etc with other greats) Pac actually has multiple asterick losses and draws; Horn, Bradley, JMM (judge scored the 2x knockdown round as an 8 when its supposed to be 7 resulting in a draw) lol come on. Calling Pac the GOAT isn't ridiculous as a lot of you guys are making it seem.

We need to wait until September when Manny finally gets Floyd's name on his list of champs beat.
