    Benavidez.

Benavidez got ducked by Canelo adding to his fame and Jai Opetaia didn't do himself any favors getting stripped by heading over to zuffa.

A guy (without a real belt anymore) who can barely sell in his own small population country up against a Mexican-American (who is now a legit unified champ at cruiser)?

like, you even have to ask who the A side is?

there are two lotto wins in boxing in terms of ancestry: being British or being Mexican-American. Note that being Australian isn’t on that short list.

In America, it would be Benavidez. I am not sure who it would be in other parts of the world.

Benavidez is a lot more marketable. He's beaten a lot of good North American fighters, based in America, a multiple division belt-holder, and has Turki on his side.

Thankfully Opetaia doesn't mind being the B side.

Opetaia is currently the best of the Cruiserweight.

In France he is considered also like that.
