Basilio wins this by ud. Mayweather didn't have the punching power to keep Basilio off of him at welterweight, and would need to fight strictly defensively just to survive a 15 rd fight. Mayweather's chances of winning increase dramatically at 10 - 12 rds .....
Mayweather 150-135 or maybe mid to late stoppage Basilo weighing 145 - 147 would make him the second lightest Welterweight Mayweather ever faced after Marquez. Nearly all the rest were 155-168 in the ring. Castillo was heavier than Basilio in the ring. Maidana was 168 in the ring.
Basilio all day every day, he won't stand there and pose looking at Floyd like so many of his opponents did Mayweather will fold under that pressure.
