That's not how civil law works. If the legal fees are going to be 5m even if you win and you can pay 1m as a settlement, you pay the settlement every day of the week no matter how innocent you are.

Well we have no idea what the Doctor’s legal fees would have been. What the facts are, is Golota sued the Doctor for an adverse reaction to the lidocaine injection he received for a bad knee, 90 minutes before the start of his fight. Golota said he felt woozy and in a dreamlike state from the moment he received the injection. After the bout in the dressing room he had a seizure. A known but rare side effect to Lidocaine. More common When administered by injection, like he received. He was asking for 21 million - and settled for one million out of court. The case was not thrown out or dismissed. Make of it what you will, but I’ll take Golota’s word, his reaction after the fight, and the settlement as solid evidence he had a bad reaction to the anesthesia.

Since the truth is that I am right and you are wrong, why would it hurt?

All I'm doing is laughing at your incessant hole-digging with gems like:

Sure, you'll trust the word of the most stable mind in boxing history.

Put it this way: DuBois would do better than Michael Grant

Dubois would win because of the evolution of boxing , Dubois is the greatest and most eloquent champion since Maximus

Dubois would have punchers's chance. Aside from that I would say that Lennox wins easily as he had too much skill for Daniel.

Expressed realism can seem caustic and my observations might seem cruel (to be kind), Rules. :xqw

    But, I come in peace... ... ... :)

    Same here !
However after watching that slop fest disguised as a "world class " boxing
match Saturday night between Dubois and Wardley , It Immediately reminded me
of the skill level of men that fought in the old "Tough man " fights of
    the 1980's.
The skill level of both men was just that bad.
What does that say about Usyk and others champs today?
