If this fight happened in actuality you would say the same thing about Lewis ‘well Lewis was slow and cumbersome’
Blocked. Thanks for making it easy. Now one less person to deal with who don't know anything about boxing,I will just leave you wtih this Liston could be however old he was, his last 8 fights were his career high victories. the shoulder injury was bs, watch the fight, no sign of any injury what so ever. And it dosen't matter if he trained or not. Ali was blind for a whole round or two and he still couldn't do it. Watch teh fight vs George again,he did land, just not often, and he didn't land often vs Frazier either,he just needed to connect a few times and it was done. Shavers by the account of everyone who fought him, says he was teh hardest puncher, and he landed clean on a brain damaged person. Now get out of my face, hold this block
Good for you! Why should you have to hear other points of view that upset you! You should block people who are making you weepy. More women should do it!
what? who is weepy? and it isn1t really about an opinion. I have plenty of people here I disagree with, just that they make sense
I know way more than you. This is proof of how CLUELESS you are. How on Earth can you say that it doesn't matter if Liston trained or not ???? And the shoulder injury is not bull****, it's been proven true and confirmed by doctors after the fight.. Liston suffered a torn biceps muscle and tendon, along with a severely inflamed rotator cuff in his left shoulder. He had previously injured the shoulder in training, and his manager revealed they were hoping to win without needing to use it much. Ali wasn't blind, he just had impaired vision for 1 round. And he moved a lot that round, it's not he stood there for and old untrained Liston to hit him.

He did not land in a similar manner vs Ali. What people say is irrelevant. Shavers was undeniably a huge puncher, but not the hardest. His KO percentage vs big heavyweights attests to that. Ali was not brain damaged one bit by that point. And Shavers only landed around 3 big shots and failed to go after Ali after he landed them, allowing Ali valuable time to recover. I don't give a **** about your block.
Sure enough, Ali went down from a left-hook (5:25 of that video) .. again.. but rose like a champ.. again Does Lewis have a bread and butter left hook? This content is protected
