No,Joe Frazier beat an Ali,that was 3 years out of the ring and he is a legend. The difference between Holyfield and Frazier is that Holyfield actually beat the guy who was out of the ring for 3 years. Frazier lost twice to the guy that was out of the ring for 3 years
