Finally a great fight that does such good numbers. And not over the hill brand-names

That's how big the fight turned out to be even if it was just in Japan. Great to hear.

I'm hardly surprised. Japan has a large population who love all combat sports and this was the biggest boxing fight in their history, as well as one of the biggest current fights in the world. For someone who lives outside of Japan (the UK), it felt crazy to be able to watch a fight of this magnitude that wasn't on PPV... and that's because casuals outside of Japan would have no idea who these guys even are. I guess they do come in handy. :D

I'm happy for them, this is the type of fight that deserves such numbers.

I really hope this means both Inoue and Nakatani get paid well for the rest of their careers and lift up recognition and pay for fighters in the lower weights. Nakatani has a loss on his record and it is a big loss but he deserves his stock to continue going up

 And Fulton will continue to say that Inoue needs to fight in the US in order to cement himself as the best, or w/e.

122lb guys in Japan are selling PPV´s like they are Manny and Floyd in the 2010´s. Utterly insane.

Yeah the guy made over 50 million dollars last year. He is the second highest paid athlete in Japan. He probably going to 50million for this fight. Crazy amounts of money for a 122 pound fighter

And America wonder why they are so disliked. They will never understand that the world doesn't revolve around them. The American dream is the biggest scam in history.
