I don't think me believing Inoue is the P4P number 1 is silliness.

Inoue is the recongized P4P number 1 by the Ring Magazine and plenty of people on here agree with it aswell.

That's not me hating on Usyk it's just Inoue has been alot more active and he's recently beaten a top 10 P4P fighter.

So I'd agree Inoue is P4P number 1 right now.

I only begrudge Usyk for the inactivity because he holds all the belts so not enough fights are being made.

Its frustrating as a fight fan that the best Heavyweight of this era only fights on average once per year.

So I don't think that's hating it's valid criticism as a boxing fan. That I'd like to see the best Heavyweight of this era to just be a little bit more active.

If he wants to retire that's perfectly fine.

If he wants to just do these type of cross over fights or money making fights fair enough but then vacate the belts so the division can move on.

I don't think that's an unreasonable take in all honesty.

 

Did, I can recall a certain someome who Moses flattened taking the more experienced AJ the distance.

I didn't have Crawford necessarily above Usyk though I was just saying it depends on your criteria.

Crawford had more title wins and had world championships in numerous weightclasses.

Usyk had the better P4P achievements and stronger resume overall.

Some people value the quantity a bit more I was just trying to make a balanced opinion in favour of both fighters.

Crawford for me left it a bit late IMO.

His career up until Spence was not that amazing to be quite frank.

But anyway back on the subject in regards to Usyk I don't dislike him.

I was rooting for Usyk against Fury and even made a thread that Usyk beating Fury would be better for the sport.

I'm not really a fan of the Heavyweight division because I think Heavyweights are too big now. And some of the skills you used to see from the smaller ATG Heavyweights has been lost IMO.

So just for that I like Usyk because he's more of the size of Heavyweights from 40 years ago. And he has the skills and isn't big and lumbering, so I appreciate him alot more than any other Heavyweight now just for that.

But as I said us fight fans are selfish we want to see the best constantly fighting.

So for me it's just a bit frustrating that Usyk isn't a bit more active.

But I don't want him to lose certainly not no.

It's a good time to be a Brit heavyweight. How did Dave Allen ever bank this pay day? Well done to him - he had the majority of Brits backing him for the win somehow lol.

I did see an interview where he said his family tells him he's so talented that he should be heavyweight champ. This puts that to bed.

 

Any Brit who has even a basic knowledge of boxing knew how this fight was going to go. I haven’t spoken to one person that picked Allen to win this.
