A 240+ pound pressure fighter walking down Norton with a high workrate is all wrong for Norton. Norton can't fight on the backfoot and he'd be worn out with the body punching, pressure, and considerable weight disadvantage. I know alot of people won't like this answer but I'm telling you Kabayel is all wrong for Norton.
Norton by wide decision or late stoppage. I am not sold on Kabayel. He is too hittable, and doesn't have the type of power that troubled Norton. Kabayel is used to wearing guys down, but, Norton would have Kabayel tired late in the fight.
Tend to think the Kabayel footspeed is not fast enough to close the distance. He's--to me anyway--a borderline plodder and as such does not get himself in position enough to land his shots against Kenny. Also like that oddball jab of Norton to score points and to keep Kabayel at bay instead of pressing the action.
I don't think he can back Norton up, and when Kenny comes forward behind his very good jab he'll stop Kabayel around the 7th or 8th round
Kabayel’s workrate would be too much, and he has JUST enough power to bug and discourage Kenny into either losing by points or being eventually overwhelmed by the pressure and workrate
But still Norton would be forced on the backfoot and he doesn't have the footwork to box effectively on the backfoot with the way he drags his right foot. There's certain styles Norton would do better against in the modern of Heavyweights. For example I can see Norton giving Fury, Usyk, tough fights because they are outboxers with respectable power but not big hitters. So Norton would be able to come forward forward against them and give them issues. But a pressure fighter like Kabayel who's bigger than Norton would force Norton on the backfoot and wear him out and stop him IMO. Kabayel would also find holes in Norton's cross arm defence with his very good body punching.
I think Ken is too canny a boxer to allow himself to be trapped on the ropes or to consistently allow Kabayel into 'his' range. Norton's output will be more consistent and higher quality and I think he really takes over from 8 through 12 winning a clear decision. Kabayel is somewhat overrated for now and hasn't shown anything that suggests he'd trouble Kenny...yet....
Norton. Better jab, better counterpunching, more proven actually fighting world level inside fighters when inside fighting was actually relevant and trained (on top of being chief sparring partner of Joe Frazier), and that's arguably where the fight ends up. Unless he goes full back foot and circling, Kabayel fares not much better against the likes of Foreman and Cooney if given the same wear and tear as Kenny had. He's hittable and Agron nearly had him out before (still a testament to Kabayel's chin, but there is a tier of punchers that just death-touch you.) Kenny arguably has better body punching as well. Less volume, more selective, but against Ali, Garcia, and Holmes he was sneaking some surgical shots. Kabayel is good, but the hands up modern crowd often won't really know how to adapt to a somewhat educated body work.
