Davis called out Haney last night, and said he is having trouble making 140 and so is willing to move up to welterweight.

Would Top Rank prevent this fight? Who would win?

Haney can be boring but to me he has shown a much higher ceiling then Keyshawn. He drops him on the way for a comfortable decision win.

If Keyshawn keeps his power at 147, I have him beating up Devin to a decision. He showed me in the Ortiz fight that he knows hot to cut off the ring against a skilled operator unlike Teo or Kambosos.

I think this goes similar to how Haney beat Norman.

Haney can be frustrating but he is a good boxer.

Who is Haney with now? Did he burn his bridge with Arum?

Is there any more unlikeable boxer at the minute than Keyshawn? Dude should've been banned after him and his brother jumped Albright. He misses weight, because he's a weight bully too afraid to fight someone his own size. He's arrogant as hell and yet didn't have the balls to fight Cruz as a pro. And he puts on clinch-fest stinkers like last nights display.

    Anyway, probably Haney by UD.

People are overlooking Davis here because he is so unlikeable, I get it, but I think he smokes Haney. Garcia had Haney on the floor several times. Davis is a much better technical fighter and probably hits just as hard as Garcia does. Keyshawn's amateur pedigree gives him an excellent base, and I think he puts Haney's lights out. But yeah, it's hard to get behind either of them, really.

Davis slight favorite by decision based on flashier power shots, but a boring fight stylistically.

I think Haney jabs his way to a decision. I could easily see Davis quitting in frustration.

I think Keyshawn mentioned in an interview from his last fight that since splitting with Bomac, he relies more on his amateur background to win. Though he is still trying to hone his skills with his new team.

In your opinion do you think Keyshawn has gotten better or worse after leaving Bomac?

Haney most definitely finds a way to neutralize Keyshawn’s speed. It’ll be a stinker but Haney should be able to spoil his way to victory.

I think people always write off Haney because he’s boring and nobody likes him.

But he’s a really REALLY good boxer.

Davis does have a good chance based on Haney’s performance against Garcia sure, but I think Haney has a really good chance at winning.

Haney is a guy that it can be very boring to watch him but if you train boxing he is a great technician to watch in purely a academic manner.
