I just don't trust any of these Turki backed fights.

 

Yeah. Verhoeven is doing his part to rise to what he's being given to work with, but yes, this is more about Usyk crapping the bed than anything else. Every heavyweight version of Usyk we've seen would have schooled this same Verhoeven.

He got old overnight.

Commentators exaggerated the domination a bit

 

Usyk obviously has vulnerabilities to pressure fighters, especially when they can pick their spots. Usyk's defense really isn't special when he can't use his legs to full effect.

Another close round. Yes, I have Usyk up, but Rico might as well be up as well. There are at least 3-4 swing rounds that can go either way.

 

I pointed it out before the fight, that his gas tank is excellent, and some poster here mocked me for it: "good stamina for 3 round fights, lol"

 

7-2 Rico. Idk man, I want Usyk to win but this is an extremely bad look for boxing. Usyk doesn’t have the power or confidence to knock Rico out. He can only win by robbery at this point.

 

Hate how you can fall out of love with a fighter so quickly in boxing it happened with Roy and now with Usyk disgraceful how you can turn to **** in one fight
