Francis and Rico showed HWs no longer know how to fight on the inside

    Embarassing clinch fundamentals. Fury was even the pinnacle of clinch fighting at HW post Wlad. Was out fought by a MMA fighter. Rico roughed up Usyk inside. Punches edition clinch. Long gone are days of Bowe and Lennox my word to be fair it's not just the heavies most boxers can't fight for **** on the inside anymore it's pathetic

    Put Petr Yan in there with Navarrete and we may see a shocker

    It was an uppercut that dropped Rico literally the most effective punch for inside fighting.

    After dropping 5 rounds at least to a kickboxer who was mostly bullying him inside?

    Fury is a solid inside fighter, he couldn't get near Usyk or lean on him, it looks like him and Lomachenko have the same kind of technique to avoid clinching and being on the inside with much frequency. I don't know what they are doing to prevent it but it's damn effective. Wouldn't guys with an mma background be very learned at that range as opposed to mid and outside?
