What I said was harsh, there is no denying that and shouldn't have said that. Ukraine was hit hard last Saturday and Usyk was extremely worried about his family, who wouldn't be? I was just frustrated at Usyk for his poor performance (he clearly didn't train for the fight and made an ass out of the sport) and afterwards used the war as an excuse, which also greatly annoyed me. But even the greats have had off nights and he won at the end, so all well that ends well.

No I didn't watch it, I've decided not to waste my time on these carnival matches, Joshua,Fury and now Usyk picking up big money on these carnival sideshows that the Ali vs Inoki fight began. The difference is everyone back then knew it was a farce and it demeans the sport of boxing when some fighters can't get a title shot while this roadside snake oil is being distributed as legit. Count me out
