No. And it's hard to say as we don't know what version of Spence we're getting.

 

I don't think I've seen any pedigree of Spence fight in Australia..

It's kinda unheard of if you ask me.

 

Prime Spence is another discussion. Pacquaio came in 2017 and lost his title. Won it again later on though not in his prime. But still a champion.
