I could see it being Ruiz. Tailor-made for Fury and an opportunity to troll Joshua. And I suspect more money than a Hysa, who would be a step down from Makhmudov. Fury is also more likely to turn up for a name than an unknown, so it's questionable whether Hysa would be safer.

If not Ruiz then I think they may go for Vianello. He beat Makhmudov and went the distance with Torrez and Ajagba. Similar to Joshua's dimensions. He'd be cheaper than Ruiz. A sparring partner who Fury has beaten up before. Ajagba also fits that kind of description and he'd be more similar to Joshua.

Idk, AJ set the bar pretty low.

Joe Joyce would make sense to me as another easy tune up

An interesting match up too. Joyce is still reasonably durable, though definitely not the same since Zhang

According to boxing social it will be Damian Knyba, Jermaine Franklin or Solomon Dacres

Wow! That's poor even for low expectations.

Just curious as to your expectations considering who AJ is using as a tune up and the fact Fury has already faced Mahkmudov.

I know mate. The ironic thing is, we've seen this before, an obsure or largely unknown fighter come in and spoil a future big fight (most recently Zak Chelli)

I don't think it would go much different than Fury V Makhmudov.
