Bob Foster vs Matthew Saad Muhammad

the matchup of all matchups. I know Foster had many tools. had power and speed but I'd be willing to call this one a tossup. That's how formidable Matthew was

 

This could go either way in my opinion. Foster might beat the hell out of Saad and stop him but if he cant I could see Saad clobbering Foster. Saad would be the best light heavyweight Foster ever beat and by a pretty sizeable margin as well.

 

Dick Tiger was 39 years old and a career middleweight who won his title from another small LHW. Dick Tiger was not a great light heavyweight.

 

I think Matt takes him to deep water and stops Foster late. I don't see Foster landing that big nuke on Matt even if the fight is at a high pace. It probably makes Foster less likely to land his bomb as he was a single shot puncher for the most part anyway. Matt beat better fighters and at LHW, fought better fighters overall.

 

I think Matt actually knocks out Bob after taking a beating that shortens his boxing career by years.
