Gervonta "Tank" Davis currently faces an arrest warrant in Maryland for violating probation related to a 2020 hit-and-run. He is also navigating separate legal proceedings in Florida following a January 2026 arrest on kidnapping and battery.

He's facing a combined fifteen years in prison.

If he somehow manages to fight during all that I can't imagine he'd be free of distractions or have a good training camp.

 

I doubt we will be seeing wanky tanky in a ring anytime soon.

 

why? who gives a ****? tank is so wank that any old high school cheerleader could probably snatch a pancake out of his mouth before he could whimper about it

 

Would be surprised if Tank takes this fight or indeed any serious opponent ever again. He's basically semi-retired and done with boxing. Made enough money and doesn't have passion for the sport.

Would be a shame due to his talent but Tank is pretty much finished.

 

Unsurprisingly this fight isn't happening. Tank's career remains to be in limbo.

 

Sounds like a lovely guy. Him and Jon Jones would get on just fine.
