Sorry to hear this and wish him all the best. My other half fought off cancer a couple of years ago and despite the aftermath being just as bad, she's had her chin up in the air like Johnny Fisher and won't miss out on anything now. There are better times on the other side, look after yourselves.

 

I'm so sorry to hear this Astro. I feel very fortunate that my mum just recently hit her one year milestone of being in remission. I sincerely hope your husband shares the same good news soon. Best wishes to you both.

I know we have people close to the industry and the Fishers on here, so someone may be able to confirm/rubbish what I was told early in the week by someone who works in sports media world.

Apparently as part of this documentary series the Fishers have signed with Paramount Plus, a condition in the agreement was that Jonny will fight on Zuffa shows given their link with Paramount However, no one from the Fishers side identified this when they signed the contract. But it leaves an issue as although Jonny is out of contract with Matchroom they’ve got matching rights so is the reason why it’s all gone quiet on the fight news front currently

Screams Chinese whispers, not saying it couldn't be true, but let's be honest, given how Dana and Eddie have been taking shots at each other, if Bosh Jnr had crossed over to Zuffa, Dana would have likely rolled up to the Blue Orchid by now.

Bosh Jnr's absence from the ring is slightly concerning though, although if he comes back looking more like Vitor Belfort and less like Snr, maybe it's all been for a purpose.

It's a mad world were a very, very limited fighter like Fisher and his annoying dad get documentary deals. Completely baffling, it's not as if Fisher has a funny persona like Dave Allen either.
