If Frazier of even Manila fitness could've matched Holmes of his prime, it would've been one of the most bonkers junkyard dog matches in history, I believe. Holmes would catch Joe with that uppercut a lot but he'd fail with his stiff-arming that works on an Evangelista and be getting rocked to his core by Joe's heatseeker. The fireworks would be electrifying. That sentence doesn't necessarily make sense but it is true, whether it makes sense or not.
