I agree. I think Fulton's tough enough to survive some bombs, but I see him breaking him down. Jabs to control range. Body shots and hugh left hooks upstairs. Cooney stops him in 4-6 rounds.
Fulton might be more dangerous than Cooney but his chin was more breakable than anyone in this genre. So he's probably going to lose.
