Why did young George Foreman look so big even at relatively low listed weights?

Usyk was twelve years into his career before he beat three ranked fighters in a row.

 

If we take today's version of Usyk, let's take Schulz version of Foreman, and he embarrasses him.

 

If that was really a case, at least he did it, contrary to Foreman.

But it's not true. He beat 3 top 10 contenders in a row when he was almost 4 years into his career: Huck, Briedis, Gassiev. He beat a top 10 contender a year earlier too.

 

I wouldn't personally put Chisora in the top 10 anytime after 2018. If you actually believed Chisora at 42 was a top 10 heavyweight (and presumably a 40 year old Wilder since he beat Chisora) that wouldn't reflect well on the division but I don't believe that personally.

I met George at the Lewis-Briggs fight in Atlantic City. I've know football players that were 6'6 330lbs, and Georg to me was the biggest man I ever met. Maybe it was the awe of meeting him, maybe it was the catchers mitt size hands when I shook it. I dont know., but the man was immense.

 

There actually was a guy who competed under the name Young George Foreman, born Uri Leibowitz, from Poughkeepsie. He was oddly not even young.
