All this talk of an Inoue vs. Bam super fight, but I don't think Bam beats Nakatani at 122. Junto was warming into that Inoue fight in the second half, and if he hadn't fractured his eye socket, he might have squeezed something out of it. I'm an enormous fan of Bam, but I think he is too small for Nakatani, and I wasn't impressed with him against Vargas. Junto has proven P4P experience vs Inoue, with the height, power, and ring IQ to beat Bam. I think Hearn knows it, which is why they're aiming directly for the big one vs Inoue.
I would sooner see Bam vs Takuma Inoue next, which would create more interest in fighting his brother.
Depends on how Rodríguez carries the weight. I’m not so dismissive of elite fighters moving up and defeating solid fighters now, after what Crawford did to Canelo and what Usyk did at HW.
Junto Nakatani by KO remember that Bam Rodriguez ducked him for a unification at 115 lbs and moved down at 112 lbs in the past...
Bam only fights old men, featherfists or very mediocre champions. Ofc he beats Inoue and Nakatani though, he's clearly shown that by beating Sunny Edwards and picking the bones from the previous era of Super Flyweight and p4p kings like Vargas, Martinez and Cafu.
