To be fair only one of them tracked down Byrd tho.

 

Vitali looks slow because he looks like Frankenstein's monster. He's got wide paces and lurches back and forth so he looks ungainly. He's a very deceptive fighter in that his hands are actually quite fast and his reflexes very good. He's hard to land clean on. That said technically his punches aren't as correct as they should be, he tends to throw arm punches whereas Ike really puts his shoulders into it. Vitali's sheer size means that even his arm punches are going to be hefty whereas I think Ike has that clubbing Foreman like quality to him. Both have surprising stamina.

 

My modest knowledge of boxing tells me that Vitali would win this fight.
And on the other hand, the two most important fights in his career - Vitali managed to lose (and he had a point advantage in both fights).

 

Yep. Also a VERY clear ring IQ advantage. Vitali was having no trouble with Byrd before the shoulder went. He tagged Byrd multiple times. In the early rounds of his fight with Ike… he made him look foolish several times before getting caught.

Ibeabuchi isn’t bullying Vitali Klitschko lol It would be entertaining if he tried though! And probably a short night for him.

This fight wouldn’t look that different from Vitali vs Peter. A little more competitive but similar result

Vitali beats the bejesus out of a fighter like Ike. If you stand in front of Vitali and engage in a crude battle he will oblige you by coming down to that level and beating you up for your troubles. I think Vitali is a few levels above Ike, or Tua for that matter and their explosive bombs away unimaginative but exciting styles are made for Vitali who will beat them or smother them at all ranges.

I'll go on a mild leap of faith and take Beabuchi boi, by decision. He'll clap back allllllll night long.

 

I don’t thick Vitali has enough power to keep Ike at range, and I wouldn’t favour him in a slugfest up close because of his lack of punch variety. I think Ike would outwork him.
