    They said he or Cus ducked all those guys but after he lost the title he fought Machen and beat him decisively. He was much better than John but Williams or Folley could have gotten lucky they were big hitters. Most probably he beats them all but especially Williams had size and power approaching Liston though Sonny was more skillful. Floyd could run the table but chance of a Johansen type upset especially big Cat.

    I agree. Williams is the wild card here. Although I feel Folley and Machen are more talented, the Williams punch would have me nervous. And probably had Cus nervous too.

    Williams is one of those who has what it takes on paper to beat Patterson but I don't think he would. Plus, it wouldn't be as if Williams would be impervious to Patterson's power.
