    It is about as impressive as Usyk's win over Chisora. So neither win should count as a great one.

    He should be fighting Rico and then finish with Kabayel, obviously Kabayel is not happening. I'm not liking the way Usyks career is wrapping up. I think that leaked report about his team is true.

    I don’t see him facing a young fast guy like Opetaia at this stage. Most likely a wilder, Ruiz or Rico. He’ll take one he wouldn’t have to struggle much to win and have it be his going out party

    It's clearly pretty obviously Wilder, as that's the fight Usyk's wanted for quite some time (and rather ironic that if Usyk wasn't outpointed in 2008 they would have both faced each other in their following fights, respectively) ~ He'll want the Three Kings on his record before retirement ~

    Re. the Rico fight. Usyk haters who have been desperate for so long for the borderline saintly Usyk to give them any reason for them to try and justify their hatred of him, media members pushing agendas in order to create a story, and kickboxing and MMA fans the later of whom have been pushing this narrative Rico got robbed and that the boxing establishment were never going to allow a kickboxer to beat their champ

    However, this is despite the fact the ref allowed Rico to get away with a lot of dirty and illegal stuff all night without deducting any points from him, including literally lifting Usyk up from the canvas and moving him to the part of the ring where he wanted him which I don't think I've ever seen happen before

    And Rico was very likely saved from a KO loss after getting a freaking 30 second recovery break after being dropped heavily and badly hurt. If the ref was looking to save Usyk he had a funny way of showing it

    And even though Rico has been dropped and badly hurt and gone onto win fights before it wasn't in the 12th round when he was gassed after having spent the previous 11 rounds constantly moving around the ring like a much lighter man and whilst that narrative he would've recovered was being pushed so many were conveniently ignoring the fact that Usyk is incredibly fit and is one of the greatest round 12 fighters ever and he can and has numerous times gone ham on his opponents in round 12 and would of in that fight had it continued and I strongly believe Rico would not have been able to withstand it and would've got knocked out

    But again, it was a **** fight in which no one did much, so I don't think most people agree with that assessment.

    Usyk outlanded Chisora in 9 round and staggered him twice. That's all I am saying.

    He was also staggered by Chisora in a way that Kabayel wasn't. And Kabayel fought a less beaten up version.

    My point is that neither is a great win. Chisora is a work horse who has lost virtually every big fight he has been in. He isn't some atg top contender. His name wouldn't appear on any reasonable list of best heavyweights to never win a title.

    If Kabayel beating Chisora isn't impressive, neither is Usyk beating Chisora impressive, regardless of what manner he did it in.

    Usyk was under the cosh more than Kabayel, even if never hurt. I would argue Chisora had A-side advantage in Britain vs Usyk, but regardless they did about the same.

    Even if "neither Kabayel or Chisora did much" the fact that Chisora couldn't do much while losing clearly, made Kabayel's win good. And Kabayel was the man who finished stronger, it wasn't even like Chisora was wearing him down.

    Oleksandr Usyk's first heavyweight test | Full Derek Chisora Fight | Matchroom Boxing

    Second round with about 45 seconds left in the round. Not badly staggered but definetely holding on and clinching when Chisora landed a solid blow.

    No shame in it btw. He won fair and square. My point is that if Kabayel's win over Chisora isn't impressive, neither is Usyk's.
