I expected worse tbh. As far as I'm concerned Mahkmudov was his warm up, this is just a televised sparring match.

Also no surprise seeing the AJ fan club out in force, but remember that 1. He insisted on a tune up and 2. It's still worse than Mahkmudov.

Fury is too boring to even criticize at this point.

 

This is just an excuse for Tyson to go on a holiday with the lads.

 

Beyond laughable, this place will be empty as well; very few people in Pattaya give a **** about two out-of-shape Europeans having a glorified spar, one of whom is pushing 50. I think Fury is completely overvaluing his global appeal.

AJ and Fury could and should have fought 8 years ago; there have been dozens of chances for them to get this off the ground. Now, suddenly, as they reach their late 30s, they need countless tune-ups that would be questionable and pointless for anyone in the top 50, never mind the 2 "biggest stars" - it's going to be fascinating to watch Fury's ego wrestle with Father Time over the next decade.

I can see him chalking up half a dozen losses and never actually accepting that he's not the main man at heavyweight anymore, turning up to events like his Dad does. He still can't accept Usyk is the King of this generation, despite being bingoed all over the place by him and getting saved by the ref in the first fight, and then comprehensively outboxed by him in the second fight. This shows Fury is surrounded by Yes Men because no serious promoter would entertain this dog****.

 

This is worse than Makhmudov. Much worse. Wach was already faded when Fury won his first world title, he is from the Klitschko era. What a horrible mismatch, Wach has no chance

 

As my post infers, I agree. I'm not sure what the disagreement is.

 

Guess I misinterpreted something

Wlad Klitschko fought Wach over 13 years ago……Think about that.

 

Same with Pulev still fighting who Wlad fought over 11.5 years ago.
