I think prime Tarver has a really good chance of beating Ward. Honestly, Tarver would be a way tougher fight for Ward than both Kovalev, Kessler and Froch. Tarver's, size, counterpunching and sublime defense would be a real issue. I think I would actually pick prime Tarver to beat him. Regarding McCallum who is my favorite fighter of all time, I think Ward beats him. McCallum was at his best at 154 and 160. He didn't really fight much at 168 and jumped right to 175. At that point, he was in his late 30's and not beating Ward.
I think Ward breaks Tarver down and gets a wide UD. McCallum too old and naturally too small at this wight class.
