By an unrated opponent in Zambia. Just sad, he looks like a walking skeleton.

In one of the latest interviews I saw with Byrd it appeared like he suffered frim CTE too. Which is sad, because he was usually quite quick-witted.

Well the winner is not going far considering he threw 7 million punches to get Byrd out of there

How do guys like Byrd end doing this stuff

Looked like a crowd of 30

My friend who worked in the NSAC got me tickets to go see Chris Byrd but it was the fight where he had to make 175 or 168...

Awful weight cut to make after fighting at at heavyweight...

He looked rough in there but I disagree with the stoppage. He was still slipping most of the shots.

Byrd vs. Ibeabuchi II anyone? Byrd/Rahman? Party like it's 1999.

I'd much rather see these old warhorses fight each other in a Boxing Seniors League than taking beatings from young people like this.

Such fights would at least be potentially competitive, if perhaps rather SLOW.

I think his wife divorced him and took most his money years ago. I always thought Byrd would make a good commentator.

One of the saddest things I've seen in a while. Opponent looks local level...
