I think Hopkins movement would bother GGG and Hopkins can fight on the inside too.
GGG has the type of power that can mute all of that - Echols dropped him pretty good - but Hopkins is pretty sound on defense so that could cancel the power out.
I would pick Hopkins by decision.

Well, Joe Smith brutally knocked his ass out of the ring. Does that count? Hopkins didn't even know what had happened and claimed Smith pushed him out.

 

As much as Hopkins annoys me, let's be fair and admit that a dried OLD stick of beef jerky probably shouldn't have been in the ring with Smith in the first place.

 

True, but after Hopkins repeatedly called himself "special" and Joe Smith being "common" during the prefight press conference, you have to admit that it was a pretty special moment (no pun intended) when Joe knocked him out of the ring.
