After he beats Kadiru I think other top 10 fighters should be licking their lips. I am dumbfounded as to why nobody has called Gassiev out. This is the easiest world title route since Charles Martin, and Gassiev doesn't have an unknown factor to him because he lost to Otto Wallin !

Martin at least fought Glazkov who was unfortunately injured early into the bout. Gassiev defeated a geriatric Kubrat Pulev for a BS belt and was promoted to full champion after Usyk vacated. Gassiev is going to have to do a lot to legitimize himself as champion and he's not off to a great start. I'd love to be proven wrong, but he's likely just going to be cashed out and destroyed by Dubois or Itauma after Kadiru.

Well, if he sticks to the level of opposition he's currently facing? It seems likely.

The moment anyone half decent decides to sniff around though he'll lose in quite quickly.

Let's not be too hard on Gassiev: Otto may well have also outboxed titlist 284 lbs Ruiz in a custom sized ring.

Chisora is such an anomaly. Just when you think hes totally shot to **** he goes on a nice little run in the twilight years of his career. Love him or hate him you have to respect what he's done.

Wallin dressed up in a pirate suit stalks/harasses him demanding the rematch.

His number 2 is Miller, and Gassiev wins that fight. Puncher beats swarmer, and that hook to the body is going to find that tub of guts.

If matched well, certainly. But I'm not too bullish on his chances against an elite operator.

Miller was surprisingly durable against Dubios. Unless Gassiev can pop harder than Dubios it's a tall order, but then again I think Miller is a bit rubbish so...

I don't remember...did Dubois really go to the body. Gassiev's bread and butter is the hook to the body.
