Upsets happen. To this day I still kick myself for not putting $50 on Ruiz to win in round 7 against AJ. Got short paid that week, though ah well it would never- then my jaw dropped in real time lol.

Sure we know Itauma is fast and moves well, but I still think it is unknown as to whether he can outbox Itauma or not.
I think Hrgovic was out boxing Dubois before he started to fade.
I don't think this is any foregone conclusion at all, as Hrgovic isn't going in there to lose. He is going in there feeling he is going to break down Moses.
I think Hrgovic has a very good chance of winning. Hrgovic works when his opponents are resting on the ropes and I think Moses likes to catch his breath when taking a minute whilst on the ropes
I think Hrgovic will make him work during that time, which I think could be very telling if the fight goes later

In fairness, Hrgovic hasn't got great stamina either - if he dominates later rounds and wins on cards, then Itauma has issues with anyone who can survive his power...

Which would make him a younger, faster and more explosive... Zhang... Who can't win on cards but can bang so hard he's always got a chance.

But how's his durability? That's the other big question.

I agree. Davison should probably be the coach for preparation and then you should get someone else to go to the fight with you.

Franklin he looked like it might well be iffy...

The point made was if his stamina is lacking to the point that someone known for poor stamina dominates late rounds, he's got a problem - IF Hrgovic wins on cards, he's going to struggle to beat anyone good without a KO.

Am I alone in thinking Hrgovic has no tangeable boxing skills? He's never been able to articulate any himself which means he has none. All he talks about is psychology and manhood. so if you get someone who has that and has boxing abilities he goes nowhere.

itauma has beaten everyone he is suppose to beat. this is a step up in competition for him. for me, it's the step up that has me interested in this fight. hrgo can win. he is durable.

    will he win?

i don't know. this type of match up is what i enjoy about boxing.

His skills are okay - it's just that his stamina is poor so he struggles to rack up enough rounds to win on cards against anyone good... And his power is limited so he's not winning by KO against anyone who's not glass.

Put it all together and you have a fighter who's decent at everything but only excellent in the chin department - it's not enough to make him a contender, IMHO.
