Gassiev would win on age (Chisora is going on 43) but Chisora has been the better fighter: won a few rounds vs Usyk compared to being shut out, beat up Wallin at 41 rather than losing to him at 29, and beat a 41 year old Pulev rather than a 44 year old Pulev.

    No, thank you.

Gassiev should fight a ranked contender like Ajagba, Suslenkov or the winner of Itauma-Hrgovic. Even Yoka would be better.

Chisora smells the money every time, even at the cost of his health...

Same argument goes for klitschko whom i would attest a greater chance at beating gassiev than chisora.

Chisora lost his last Fight in an abysmal showing vs wilder. Don't want to see him again. He has given enough and earned enough. That's where the organizations should put an end to a career!

Also styles make fights. It is very clear that gassiev is one of the best punchers and combination punchers in the sport and he has a great short to mid range game with decent defense if he wants to, as long as his opponent isn't on the move.

Wallin was moving. Chisora won't be. Chisora will be swinging and losing

Not sure why anyone would want this fight. Chisora looked washed and out of it against Wilder. He's done a lot for the sport but it's time for younger names to be in the spotlight. Also, Gassiev is good and would flatten him pretty quickly. Probably a 6th round KO. A more competitive fight would be against Frank Sanchez or Nelson Hysa.

LMFAO, Gassiev is the one looking for easy fights. Chisora is a damn corpse and lost to a shot Wilder

Chisora continues to fail upwards. The messed up thing is he's actually an upgrade over the other guy's pointed towards this fight. Get it together WBA. Him getting a title shot should be an outrage but after Rico, Tony Yoka, Kadiru and Joe Joyce it's just whatever.

Chisora knows everyone's secrets. Everyone loves that guy. Wilder literally shouted "I love you" at him during their last fight.

He's a huge upgrade over Kaidru. That's something I guess.

This wouldn't be a great title fight, but I wouldn't be so sure about Chisora being an easy opponent.

If Gassiev is world class he should be. Shot pressure fighter who's punch drunk vs slugger. Should be an easy prediction.

He was also beaten by Pulev, and has no championship pedigree while Gassiev is building a legacy.

I'd rather see almost anybody, but I guess this is all about the money, now.
