    I hate this thing where organizations are just giving the title to someone. I don't understand why they don't set up a fight for the vacant title. I know decisions are usually based on money but I don't even see the economic advantage of gifting the belt to someone.

    Good for Denzel on paper but he is the latest email champ of a list that seems to get a lot longer a lot more quickly as of late. The organisations are a joke and there shouldn't be an email champ from any organisation in any weight class. Belt get dropped, stripped or not defended in line with mandatory's 1 and 2 fight for the vacant belt pretty simple really.

    160lbs really is a wasteland at the minute. To call it a shadow of the most recent bygone era would be an understatement.

    We could genuinely end up seeing a rematch of Denzel Bentley vs Brad Pauls for the literal world title…

    This. Bentley should fight the next available contender for the vacant belt. It would legitimize Bentley as a champion and clear up any confusion.
    The WBO is now too often elevating interim champions and its getting hard to follow.
