The countdown to the rubbermatch has begun. Unlike their previous two encounters, this one will most likely take place in their home land of Russia. (Well technically not since both were born in the USSR). And this time with less belts - only two. However, both B & B hate each other's guts at this point and this could be the most exciting fight of their trilogy. The third fight is almost always the best of the bunch.

I had Bivol winning the first 2. I see this being similar to Canelo GGG 3 where one guy is just too old now. Knees are so far gone at this point combined with inactivity. Bivol with the most one sided decision of the Trilogy. I hope he retires after this and he gets paid well. Bet burger nipples Benavidez will try and get him after instead of fighting the real comp.

beterbiev will create plan to target weaknesses with information provided by bevils ex wife and he will glide in with smooth heroic bombs that target the soft elbow

Bivol already beat him twice. I don't even see the case for Beterbiev winning the first fight tbh. Solid high level fights tho so I don't mind a third. Bivol UD again. I think both guys are past it, Beterbiev probably more so.

Depends how much Beterbiev has left. If he is still on a similar level he can win again. The issue his legs and conditioning hold up over 12 rounds. When he's not reserving energy he's beating the **** out of Bivol. Like he did in the 12th and final round of the rematch.

Hopkins and Moore had success in their 40's. I think Beterbiev could win this. He always stays in shape.

But I also think Bivol gets his hand raised again.

It's funny how suddenly talk of the trilogy is finally happening 1 1/2 years later after Hearn and Bivol were put on blast about dodging the fight.

Couldn't beat him when he was 39. Squeaked out a decision when he was 40. **** it, why not go for it all this time? Stall until he's 43 and maybe Bivol can knock the middle aged man out?

    Bivol losing would be embarrassing

    He should win

    Monday
    Had the 1st 7-5 Bivol, 2nd 8-4 Bivol

Unless Beterbiev can switch it up can't see him winning, first fight he started too late second fight he started too early he needs to start somewhere just before the middle and go crazy til the end

He could have success at his age for sure, but we arent just talking about another top 10 contender, talking about a guy whos arguably beat a better version of him twice already. Ill never count Beterbiev out but from a 50/50 first fight, to a 60/40 rematch, id now favour Bivol 75/25

Beterbiev's strategy his whole career has been to set up rabbit punches, something he could not do against UD merchant Bivol. I doubt anything will change and will look noticeably older and more shot.

He won all of the later rounds. Bivol shut down in a competitive fight and Beterbiev finished strong. He waited too long in the rematch, Bivol won more later rounds and that was the difference. I had Beterbiev winning the first clearly(116-112 IIRC) and the rematch being a draw or 115-113 Bivol. Bivol still got battered in the 12th and was happy for the fight to be over. If Beterbievs stamina has gotten worse Bivol will probably win the trilogy convincingly. If little has changed it's still either mans fight.
