Two-time Finnish heavyweight boxing champion Tony "The Viking" Halme had a colorful career in boxing as well as other things. Before boxing career Halme was known as a professional wrestler under the name Ludvig Borga. In boxing, Halme brought the showmanship he learned in the United States to Finland. I've been searching for videos of Tony Halme's boxing matches and thought I would post them here. I never knew he boxed. I saw him wrestle Lex Luger at the Anaheim Pond way back when, took my nephews.
Halme lived a very problematic (and interesting) life — among other things, he was a bona fide Nazi. He boxed, wrestled (in WWE — or was it WWF at the time?), and did MMA. He was even elected to Parliament in his native Finland. An arrest for various charges ( basically ended his career) seemed to relate to alcoholism and drug addiction.
