Almost every time over the last decade that Tyson Fury has announced his next opponent...I have felt like Wesley when that guy tried to help him dry off on Mr. Belvedere.

A feeling-out process in the opening stanza.

Wach looks every one of his 46 years. Slow and cumbersome.

Fury is playing with his food on the back foot.

At the end of the round, Fury lands two nice right hands, but Wach wears them well.

R2 - Fury vs Wach
Mariusz Wach lands a clubbing right hand that catches Tyson Fury's attention as his mind begins to drift.

It wakes Fury up, who comes back with a barrage of punches.

This no longer looks like a sparring session.

R3 - Fury vs Wach
It's target practice for Fury, who is teeing off on Wach.

The Pole seems completely unfazed and continues to march forward.

A fair bit of clinching on the inside as Fury attempts to outmuscle his adversary.

Tyson Fury is finding more space now.

Sticking and moving like he did under Peter Fury.

His jab repeatedly finds the target, but he is yet to really go through the gears.

It's all very easy.

 

R5 - Fury vs Wach
We have made it to the halfway stage, and Fury is starting to sit down on his punches more.

He forces Wach up into the corner and lands five consecutive right uppercuts that send the Pole's head into orbit.

Wach stands up to them, though. What a chin!

Fury is starting to make a dent in the old warhorse now.

Wach is on the ropes, shipping big shots to the head and body.

Fury gives Wach a kiss on the forehead. The crowd love it.

Chants of "There is only one Tyson Fury" ring around the stadium.

 

All over Wach quits on his stool

 

R7 - Fury vs Wach
Wach lands a couple of right hands early in the seventh, but his gas tank is fading.

Fury goes back to dominating proceedings, lands a nice left uppercut, steps to the side and fires a one-two down the pipe.

This feels like it will be over any minute.
