So many times when he’ been dropped, he’s subsequently capitulated mentally, and that’s always been his issue, composure when he’s not on top.

Whereas today, when he went down, he stayed composed, even after getting rocked several other times and dropped again all in the first round, he still kept his composure, something that has previously always been missing in Joshua, and composure in these situations is crucial at the top level, it’s the difference between winning and losing.

Maybe he knows he has nothing to lose by this point, and maybe the prior experiences in those situations paid off and may do so again.

    What are your thoughts?

His chin is gone and this fight was further proof it isn't coming back.

Its going to be so bad for Fury if he gets chinned by AJ. The consensus is AJ is absolutely finished, reinforced by being put down twice by KP Pringles. If AJ flatlines Fury, who apparently is still the 2nd best heavyweight according to his ball cradlers, thats gonna feed families.

Outside of Jake Paul, he’s been dropped 5 times in 2 fights and about 7 rounds

Fury doesn't tend to just stand still and take punches though, and has good recovery tactics. I just can't see how AJ sets the shot up unless Fury has really fallen off the cliff

He's never been the most durable guy but it was definitely never THIS bad. The uppercut Prenga landed had no follow through, didn't look like it had much on it at all. Basically tapped him and he went down. He took WAY better shots against Whyte, Klitschko and Povetkin

Fury gets clipped, AJ can whack, i can certainly see a moment where AJ can set up a shot. Lesser opponents have managed it without this cliff fall off.

Yes, his boxing on the back foot today was on a different planet to his performance against Povetkin, for example. In opposite land.
