I heard Dave is fighting Thomas Carty at Croke Park on the Katie Taylor undercard

 

I haven’t seen Carty before. Is this one we’re expecting Dave to win?

 

I've not been impressed whenever I've seen Carty... But could say the same about Dave Allan...

Carty I seem to remember wearing a Kneecap balaclava at a weigh in a couple of years ago or so, that's pretty much all I know of him other than a rather forgettable record.

It'll probably be a SD either way. Both average domestic fighters.

Allen is a real throwback fighter, just fights anywhere, anytime, and doesn't really live the life either. He's the type who'll fight well into his 40s.

 

He must be crash dieting, no?

How are you 40lbs up from Hrgovic and you've had two fights since. But as you say, that's Dave being Dave.

I wonder if he's targeting the prestigious 300lbs club.

 

Dave Allen is a sack of shyte. Carty will beat him. Anyone of any note beats him. He’s a waste of space.
